Knowledge is Protection. Research is Power.

Our Mission

To empower individuals with accurate legal information, statutory research, and compliance-ready documentation so they can defend themselves against unlawful lending practices, predatory creditors, and deceptive financial institutions.

Core Goal: Every consumer deserves access to the correct laws, violations, documentation, notices, procedures, and protections — so they never walk into foreclosure, repossession, or credit abuse blind.

Our Departments

Consumer Financial Research Division

Conducts in-depth research into TILA, FCRA, ECOA, UCC, RESPA, and CFPB enforcement to identify violations and build compliance roadmaps.

Document Analysis Division

Reviews auto contracts, mortgage documents, credit reports, and collection notices to identify unlawful terms, improper fees, and statutory violations.

Compliance & Education Division

Creates educational guides, legally structured templates, checklists, and violation summaries for consumer use.

Ministry Outreach Division

Helps community members understand their rights, avoid predatory lending, prevent repossession and foreclosure through education and advocacy.

Attorney Referral Division

Connects consumers with qualified consumer financial protection attorneys, auto fraud attorneys, and mortgage TILA attorneys when legal representation is needed.

What We Do

  • Document Review — Analyze contracts, credit reports, and notices for violations
  • Violation Identification — Map unlawful practices to specific federal statutes
  • Statutory Research — Search federal and state statutes, case law, and CFPB actions
  • Template Generation — Produce educational notices, disputes, and complaint drafts
  • Consumer Education — Teach consumers to read their own documents and understand their rights
  • Attorney Packet Preparation — Prepare comprehensive research binders for attorney review

What We Do NOT Do

To remain fully compliant and avoid the unauthorized practice of law, we do NOT:

  • Represent people in court
  • Give legal advice
  • Act as attorneys
  • Draft custom legal pleadings
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients
Ministry-Based Advocacy: We help people understand their rights, their protections, their options, and their remedies — without acting as attorneys. This is education, not representation.
